Fireplaces purchased from fireplaces-cost-less can be paid for securely online, over the telephone or by cheque.
Normal delivery time is 2 weeks although it can sometimes take longer for certain fireplaces on a long lead time, please contact us for details. We may also be able to deliver your Fireplace quicker than usual if requested.
The Fireplaces on our website are suitable for gas and electric. They can also be used for solid fuel but will have to be adapted / re-inforced (this can sometimes be done by ourselves but will incurr an extra cost) eg. 'cement slabbing' hearths. HETAS installers may also be able to adapt / re-inforce fireplaces. You should consult a HETAS installer to confirm any requirements.
Fireplaces must be fitted by qualified professionals. CORGI registered installers for gas fireplaces and HETAS registered installers for solid fuel. It is illigal to have a gas appliance installed in the UK by an un-registered installer.

After an order has been placed we will contact you by email to update your order status and arrange delivery. Any cancelled orders will be subject to a 15% cancellation fee to cover administration costs. Last minute cancellations may also incurr courier costs.
